Inês works as a research assistant at the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-Iscte). She investigates approaches governing sustainability transitions as part of her MSc in Public Policy, with a particular emphasis on the intersection between eco-sufficiency lifestyles and environmental policy for her final thesis. Her research interests are public policy analysis, environmental policy, sustainable lifestyles, social movements, and DIY cultures.
Previously, she worked in the field of migration and cultural diplomacy, both at governmental and intergovernmental levels, on Diaspora issues and migrant empowerment.
Her academic background is Political Science and Development Studies.
