Research Title: "States' uses of human rights-based justifications when responding to climate change"
Research Objectives: The research aims to map the ways in which states utilize human rights justifications when implementing governance measures to address climate change. A comparative analysis will be conducted, exploring different legal regimes including climate, international trade and investments, and human rights.
