Marijn van der Sluis

Function
Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law

Marijn van der Sluis is assistant professor of constitutional law with a focus on economic topics. He defended his doctoral research on the role of constitutional law in European monetary integration in 2017 at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. He now works at Maastricht University in the Netherlands on green constitutional law. The key question I am interested in is whether/how climate change and other environmental developments should affect constitutional law on both the national and European level.
