Legislating for just transition: Comparative perspectives
Join us for a in-person seminar on just transition featuring at DCU St Patrick's Campus.
Vilja Johansson, a doctoral researcher at the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law at the University of Eastern Finland, will speak about her comparative research on the legal application of just transition in four climate change laws, comparing the Irish approach to the practices in Scotland, Spain and South Africa.
Following her talk, three speakers will share perspectives from their work on just transition in Ireland.
