Jens Ladefoged Mortensen is Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Copenhagen, and received his Ph.D. from EUI, Florence), and CSP Master from Aarhus University and M.A. (Econ.) from University of Manchester. His expertise is related to International Political Economy and foreign economic policy. His current research interest is the politics of sustainable trade, esp. geo-economics of the green transition, external dimension of the Green Deal, sustainability in EU trade agreements and WTO governance, and the debate on green growth. He is also frequent media expert and policy advisor on trade issues in Denmark (Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Trade Policy Forum, Ministry on the Environment/Sustainable Product Initiative).
