Ioannis Kampourakis is an Assistant Professor in Law and Markets at Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research unfolds in the field of transnational economic governance, encompassing economic regulation, EU and international economic law, and business and human rights. His current research agenda targets the law and political economy of the green transition and the legal architecture of green capitalism. More specifically, he have been awarded a Veni grant to examine the EU regulation of Critical Raw Materials, including the relevant trade policies and the broader shift to industrial policy and market instrumentalism in the context of the EU Green Deal.
